If you are an individual, you may not apply for an open account. All individual purchases must be prepaid by credit card, money order, cashiers check, or personal check.

Terms of "e;Net 20 Days"e; shall be extended to Cities, Governmental Agencies, Departments and Companies in good standing as well as existing Nardis customers with an open account. We encourage new Open Account customers to forward their Open Account Information Form BEFOREplacement of their first order. This will form will enable us to more quickly process your order. This form will give us your basic company information as well as the names of approved purchasers.
