This highly evolved composite toe boot received it name because it has the unique ability to offer superior protection and a higher level of safety than its steel toed competitors.  Under stress, the steel toe casing can damage and even sever toes, where the composite toe is designed to shatter and absorb the impact.  This high quality boot, which has earned ANSI approval for its composite toe, is made of 100% leather and has a fully gussetted side zipper.  This waterproof design distances the Shield from all competitors.  Imported.
